FIFA Players’ Status Committee

The FIFA Players’ Status Committee is a tribunal administrated from FIFA Headquarters in Zurich which, as the title suggests, adjudicates on the status of players. It follows a typical format similar to that of court proceedings where the parties have the right to be heard, the right to present evidence and the right to inspect evidence leading to a decision.

Parties that are members of FIFA include clubs, players, coaches, or licensed match and players’ agents.

Our Team at FrontRow has experience of dealing with this tribunal.
